Kerbside delivery means your pallet will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at the kerbside of the delivery address.
Our driver will move the pallet using a tail lift and pallet truck, but they are unable to assist with moving the goods beyond this point. It is the customer’s responsibility to unpack the pallet at the final location.
Please note that delivery cannot be made on gravel, grass, or uneven surfaces, as pallet trucks require a smooth, solid surface to operate safely.
